These are my final letterforms for task one of the 'Alphabet soup' brief. I selected the word 'Boom' from the randomiser, I had to design a set letterforms that illustrated this word. After conducting my research I decided to use low frequency sound waves to portray my letters, as the dictionary definition of Boom was a 'A loud, deep, resonant sound.' . Therefore i I decided a good representation would be deep sound waves. Evidence of my research and development can be found on the Design context and Design practice parts of my blog. Below are my final letter sets.
